How You Can Help

"Find a need and fill it"  -Ruth Stafford Peale

Since it opened in December, 2007, the CRC has served over 400 individuals in crisis. Fifty-seven percent of people served by the CRC are also homeless.  Individuals at the CRC not only recieve psychiatric services, they also receive nutritious food, shelter and are connected to community resources that will help ensure their continued health and recovery.

A gift or pledge will help the CRC provide all the essentials needed as people in crisis work toward recovery in the cold winter months ahead.

The CRC's wish list includes:
  • Pots and pans
  • New blankets and twin sheet sets
  • New sock or undergarments
  • Toiletries and personal hygiene items
  • Towels

As we all face difficult financial constraints, it is still important to remember those who are less fortunate. Please consider a monetary contribution that will help the Crisis Resource Center provide for the many individuals who will experience crisis and homelessness. No donation is too small to help those who come to the center with only the shirts on their backs.

Your generosity will help warm another spirit this winter.

  • $100 will purchase groceries need to supply three warm meals for 10 people
  • $75 will purchase a new set of pots and pans
  • $50 will purchase a twin sheet set and a warm blanket
  • $25 will purchase a towel set, soap and shampoo
  • $10 will purchase deodorant, a toothbrush and toothpaste and other needed toiletries
  • $5 will purchase a pair of warm socks or undergarments
