Our services and programs
- 7 Group Homes: Services are available to adults living with serious mental illness. Our group home services provide structure and close supervision for both acute short-term clients and those with long-term care needs.

- 75 Supervised Apartment Units: Semi-independent living serving 122 residents. Clients are monitored by case managers from TLS and other agencies. Locations in Milwaukee, Ozaukee County, Racine and Waukesha.

- Community Learning Centers: Group activities developed to teach and reinforce skills needed to live more independently. These include cooking, housekeeping, money management and personal safety. Two locations, one in Milwaukee County and one in Racine County.

- Supported Work: Multi-faceted work training and employment program within the consumer-staffed business, QuickHelp, and the competitive marketplace.
- Community Support: Recreation and group activities designed to enhance independent living skills.

- FILL Fund (Fortis Independent Living Loan Fund): No-interest revolving loan program to help clients when they move to independent living. Funded by Fortis Insurance.

- Outpatient Psychotherapy Clinic: Individual therapy for people living on their own.

- Private Care Apartments: Personally tailored services for the individual in need of supervised care, featuring a private referral system.
