Direct Care Providers

The Residential Service Tech is a human services paraprofessional responsible for the effective operation of a community based residential facility. The services tech provides a supportive, homelike, atmosphere, which enables the resident to develop independent living skills.

The Residential Services Supervisor is responsible for the total operation of a community based residential facility, housing and treating adults with major mental illness. The RSS is responsible for implementing the overall treatment plan of the clients living in the CBRF including the necessary follow-up, case management and intervention required. He/she is responsible for the effective operation of the CBRF and ensures that all staff provides a supportive, homelike atmosphere, which enables residents to develop independent living skills.

The Mental Health Tech position involves the direct care of mentally ill adults. This position assists clients in meeting their daily living needs, ensures a standard of cleanliness in the client’s living environment, and facilitates recreation and socialization among consumers and within the community.

The Case Manager position involves the care and treatment of mentally ill adults. The Case Manager will develop and implement the treatment plan, which will include the necessary follow-up, case management and intervention required.
