Transitional Living Services offers a wide-range of accessible outpatient services that are designed to ensure that all people looking for mental health services receive the high-quality treatment they need.
TLS staff psychiatrists, nurses and psychotherapists work in partnership with the consumer and referral source to provide access to outpatient clinic services.
The TLS Outpatient Clinic serves people with:
